Mother Earth Ministries-ATC
a small Neo-Pagan prison ministry based in Tucson, Arizona.  Visiting priestess, Carol Garr, sees inmates in the Tucson units of the Arizona state prison system (and some in the local federal prison); she's also on the Arizona DOC's Religious Advisory Committee.   Author Ashleen O'Gaea is the writing priestess, and answers 86+ letters/month from inmates in 46 states. Together they have co-authored Enchantment Encumbered: the Study and Practice of Wicca in Restricted Environments, and have donated copies to all the unit libraries in Arizona.  They will accept donations of books about various paths, practices, and aspects of Neo-Pagan, Heathen, and other polytheistic religions.  Any that they can't distribute (such as those containing nudity, like the Farrars' Witches Bible Compleat, or instructions for mead- or athame-making (like Buckland's "Big Blue") they can sell at the festivals.
